2 Weeks to Promos ~

15 days left to the most major exam of 2008. I think I'm only 50% prepared.... this is very discouraging. Well... today I went back VS, wanted to claim my testimonial, but it wasn't time yet for the General Office. After that I went to Parkway with my juniors and I forgot to return back to VS.... LOL! I gave a private tuition to my junior.... on Organic Chemistry and a wee bit of Physics... I thought it was quite succesful. I have high hopes for my friend. I'm very sure he have the ability to enter VJC... GOOD LUCK REUBEN SU !

Learnt something new (or not): Another way of testing for alkenes other than bromination is by adding aq. alkaline potassium permanganate, whereby the purple hue will fade to colourless.

Come to think of it.... We've learnt that oxidation of alkenes by cold alkaline potassium permanganate will yield diol.... and the potassium permanganate is reduced... hence it explains the decolourisation. =)

Moi Overall Results for SA1

Well... all well ends well.... I think... I've got 3rd placing in my class, and I've attained 70% overall percentage for my SA1. =)

I'll take this point as my stepping stone... slowly... I'll make it to success.

Lost - Season V

I'm so like lost already... I'm heading for a crash-course. I'm heading for no directions, steering aimlessly and mindlessly in a swirling path... this is like a vertigo. This is so nuanced. I feel like there's nothing to be done [ although I feel strongly that there are homework to be completed ], and I'm slacking the whole day... AND IT'S 8 WEEKS LEFT TO PROMOS !!! I can't procrastinate anymore. This will be the end to all laziness. I WANT TO GET MOI A'S !

My First Extravagant Shopping Trip

Whoa!... today's moi first and only extravagant shopping trip... expenditure estimated at $3000++.... =x ~ Well... first my Papa brought us to Louis Vuitton to get our hands on the fantabulous monogram sling bag + handbag ~ This is what my mother bought:


I think it's nice... cause I chose it for my mum ~ Otherwise we would have camped in the shop for like 2 hours... Zzzz.. while my papa chose a simple black sling bag with a diagonal LV mark. After leaving Takashimaya, we headed for Crystal Jade @ Tampines Mall to have our dinner ~ Whoa the Double-boiled Egg White with Hashima in Coconut was fantastic !! Lurve it ^.^ ~ Well... after 1 tired day.... I need to sleep early... cuz I'm meeting my friends 2moro @ Bugis Junction, 10am for the MOE Movie Event !!! Byes ~

Oh My Goodness....

My computer is freaking struck by a virus.... a f**king Win32 Parite virus... It took me a hell lot of time just to remove this stinking idiotic little pest... Why on Earth do these things exist ?!?! Cursed the whoever evil manifestation behind this thing... MAY U BE CONDEMNED. Sigh... let's get moving on to life ....
